What You Need to Know

I've created this policy to protect both your time and mine, so we can both show up fully prepared and present for your workshop.

Cancellations

48 hours or more before your workshop

If you need to cancel with at least 48 hours notice, you'll receive a full refund. No questions asked.

Less than 48 hours before your workshop

If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you'll receive an 85% refund. The remaining 15% covers the prep time I've already invested in reviewing your questionnaire and preparing for our session together.

If I need to cancel

Life happens. If I need to cancel for any reason, you'll receive a full refund or we can reschedule to a time that works for both of us.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule your workshop once through cal.com within the next two weeks at no extra cost.

If you need to reschedule further out than two weeks, just reach out to me directly and we'll find a time that works.

No-Shows

If you miss your scheduled workshop without notice, I'll reach out to reschedule with you once.

If we can't find a time that works for both of us, you'll receive a 50% refund. If you don't respond within 7 days, no refund will be issued.

I completely understand that unexpected things come up – just let me know as soon as you can and we'll sort it out together.

My Commitment

This workshop is about creating space for your brand to breathe and come into focus. I prepare for each session by reviewing your questionnaire thoughtfully, so I can show up ready to guide you through this process with intention.

I respect your time, your investment, and your vision. All I ask is that you respect mine too.
